Our philosophy
We believe good cooking starts with the quality of the ingredient. We don't take shortcuts and we don't compromise — nothing is prepared in advance. We never use ready-made dishes or semi-finished products; we choose fresh meat, excellent never-frozen fish and natural ingredients.
We don't shrink portions to cut costs, and we don't swap good ingredients for cheaper ones. Sometimes you'll have to wait a little — that's the price of cooking from scratch. We don't reheat ready meals. We cook for you.

Bodega Lagarde Teia Torrontés
The wine has a yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is intense and sweet, with scents of fresh grapes and citrus peel, flowers and ripe peaches lingering in the background. Remarkably fresh, easy and very pleasant to drink.

A beautiful light golden color. The nose is floral and fruity, very expressive, with a subtle linden-blossom finish. Round and rich on the palate, standing out for its good acidity. Well-balanced mouthfeel.

A dry and light wine with aromas of white fruit, flowers and quince. Very refreshing, smooth and uncomplicated. A vegan wine from sustainable cultivation.

J. Bouchon Chardonnay
The wine has a pale yellow color. A bouquet of tropical fruits combined with a hint of ripe banana and pineapple. On the palate, ripe fruit appears along with a light honey note and good acidity. Medium-length finish, well-structured.
